about the artist
Originally from St. Louis, MO, Elyse Bertani is a stained glass artist and designer based in Los Angeles, CA.
Her work incorporates classic leaded and Tiffany-style glass techniques with modern design concepts to bring light, color, and texture into a space.
Her goal is to use light and color to freeze moments in time- the glow of sunshine through a window hanging, or the ripple of color refractions across a kitchen table are the little moments that make glass a gorgeous and timeless medium to work within.
Elyse received her BFA from Stephens College and is a member of the Stained Glass Association of America. Her work has been featured in Sunset Magazine, House Beautiful, and is available to purchase at the Oceanside Museum of Art.
